Interested? Please complete these steps, in order, to learn more.

Step 1
Introductory Call/Meeting

After reviewing our website, families can request a 30-minute introductory call or Zoom session with a school representative to learn more about our program(s). This call will include sharing about your child and their strengths/challenges.

Please fill out this Interest Form to request the initial consultation.

We will coordinate a time for a phone call to discuss whether 2E4Me Academy is a good fit for your family.

Step 2
School Tour

If, after the initial consultation call, we agree 2E4Me Academy could be a good fit for your family, we will send you a link to schedule a 30 minute tour with Robin, our Director of Academics. These usually occur Wednesday and Friday mornings.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TOURS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. For the safety of our students and staff, walk-in are not accepted. The tour is intended for adults only so we can discuss your child’s needs freely.

Step 3
Complete Application Form

If the tour goes well and you wish to apply, we will send you instructions to fill out the official application form.

  • In addition to the application, as of October 2025, applicants must submit recent (<3 years old) cognitive and academic testing in order to be considered for enrollment.

  • Additional supporting documents can be uploaded to the application as needed, such as IEPs or other prior evaluation reports.

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required to cover the time for reviewing your submission.

If we believe we can help your family, you will be invited to schedule a trial date for your child to spend a few hours with Dr. Jabri on our campus. Each trial date is $300. This is non-refundable, but if a placement is offered, it can be applied to the first month of tuition. Dr. Jabri will determine the number of trial days recommended, and whether they should begin in the school environment or at our offices. Parents are expected to stay close to campus during the trial (there is a Starbucks across the street). All fees and waivers must be completed before the trial date can be confirmed. Trials usually take place Wednesday mornings.

After the trial, our Admissions Committee will review your full application and discuss whether a placement offer will be extended. You will be alerted via e-mail of the Committee’s decision.
