Admissions
Process

We look forward to partnering with you as you search for the right school community for your family

Step 1
Introductory Call/Meeting

After reviewing our website, families can request a 30-minute introductory call or Zoom session with a school representative to learn more about our program(s). This call will include sharing about your child and their strengths/challenges.

Please fill out this Interest Form to request the initial consultation.

Step 2
School Tour

Families are welcome to schedule a tour of our school with a school representative to see our location and classes in action. Tours typically occur Friday mornings.

Please click HERE to schedule a school tour.

Step 3
Complete Application Form

For families who remain interested in the program and believe it would be a good fit, the application form should be completed and the $100 nonrefundable application fee paid. Applications for 2e4Me Academy are reviewed on a rolling basis, pending available space. The application form allows families to indicate whether they are applying for the current academic year or the following one.

Please click HERE to begin filling out the application form. You will need to create a Playground account if you have not already.

Step 4
Trial Visit

Potential students who are deemed to be a good fit for continuing in the admissions process will be invited to visit us for at least 1 trial day to determine final eligibility. Parents will be required to remain close to the school’s campus. Dr. Jabri will determine whether the trial will take place within the main school setting during the school day and/or in a smaller, private setting in Dr. Jabri's office. Individual student/family meetings may also take place. Both trials require a nonrefundable $300 fee, which will be applied to tuition fees if accepted. Additional trial days per parent request can be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. Dr. Jabri directly supervises potential students on all trial days. Please note all required forms/waivers must be completed prior to any trials.
